Printing a Lot Valuation Report
Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Lot Valuation Report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other printing options.
The following information will display:
- Item – The Item Class, the name of the item, location ID, lot number, and slot number (If the location - lot sort order was chosen, only the lot and item name will display
- On Hand Quantity – The actual on-hand balance of the item for each lot if printed in detail, based on the stocking unit of measure for the item
- On Hand Unit Cost – The per unit cost of each lot for the item. The on-hand cost is based on the stocking unit of measure for the item. The unit cost may vary by lot and location based on the costing method of the item and the Item Costing Within Location setting in Ledger Options.
- On Hand Weight – The total pounds in the lot for the item
- On Hand Unit Cost – The per unit cost of each lot of the item in pounds. The unit cost may vary by lot and location based on the costing method of the item and the Item Costing Within Location setting in Ledger Options.
- Uninvoiced Weight – The total pounds of the item that is currently shipped but not invoiced.
- Uninvoiced Unit Cost – The unit cost that would be associated with the item that is currently shipped but not invoiced.
- Total Value – The total value of the inventory item. The sum of the on-hand quantity X unit cost, plus the uninvoiced weight X uninvoiced unit cost.
- If the report is sorted by Location - Item - Lot, the subtotals will be by item within each location.
- If sorted by Item - Location - Lot, the subtotals will be by the item.
- If sorted by Location - Lot, the subtotals will be for each location
- The item info lot attributes based on the "IR" settings for the Item Info Template assigned to the item
